Got my valve covers stripped and ready to get Nickel Plated:
And I got my lower intake stripped and ready to be Black Anodized:
Hoping the Anodizer can strip the Plenum for me, otherwise I’ll have to get it back in the blaster:

My trans is still solid, so no.
It’s a little of both. The motor had 50k according MasterMario’s dad, so it’s mostly just a teardown/inspect/install all new seals and gaskets, and some mild top end porting.
I do plan on tearing into my 3.8 once everything settles down to see what exactly went wrong as well.
